We plan and design a wide range of celebrations across Kentucky and Tennessee, including weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, corporate galas, and intimate gatherings. Whether you’re dreaming of an elegant ceremony or a vibrant social event, our expertise adapts to your vision.
For our Full-Service Planning, we recommend securing your date 9–12 months in advance to ensure the most seamless experience. If you’re interested in Partial Planning, aim for 6 months ahead. For Day-of Coordination, booking 4–8 weeks before your event gives us ample time to fine-tune details and prepare a flawless timeline.
Our comprehensive package handles everything from venue scouting and vendor vetting to budget management and on-site coordination. You’ll receive:

- Negotiation of vendor contracts and pricing
- A detailed planning calendar and event timeline
- Two dedicated consultants overseeing your wedding day
Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with any vendors you’ve already booked. We’ll review contracts, confirm logistics, and integrate them seamlessly into your overall timeline, ensuring every partner meets our standards of excellence.
Our transparent pricing begins at:
- Full-Service Planning: $4,995
- Partial Planning: $2,500
- Day-of Coordination: $700–$1,000
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date, followed by staged payments tied to major planning milestones. The final balance is due 30 days before your event. We’ll supply a clear payment schedule up front so you know exactly what to expect.
Preparation is key. We develop contingency plans for weather or last-minute changes, stock a fully equipped emergency kit, and maintain real-time communication with all vendors. Our team is trained to troubleshoot discreetly and keep your celebration running smoothly, no matter what arises.
Our home base is in Kentucky and Tennessee, where we’ve built strong local vendor relationships and venue knowledge. We’re also available for select out-of-state events—just reach out, and we’ll discuss travel arrangements and any additional fees.
