  • Locate Ceremony and Reception Site (s)
  • Unlimited communication, via telephone, text, and email
  • Research and pre-screen all vendors within client expectation and budget
  • Scheduling of all vendor appointments and attending vendor meetings with Bride
  • Negotiate and determine the best pricing for client with prospective vendors
  • Unlimited Wedding and Reception Site Visitations
  • Design a Planning Calendar and develop a Wedding Budget
  • Assistance with design of all wedding stationery
  • Delivery and pick up of Invitations/ Wedding stationery
  • Assist with obtaining special permits, license and insurance
  • Assistance with marriage license and name change requirements
  • Unlimited consultation & coordination hours with wedding planning
  • Wedding day coordination
  • Coordinate Brides first Look
  • Coordinate entertainment to ensure reception events are on schedule
